At Makks, we work hard to get your wellness essentials to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our order processing and shipping policies.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales or launches), processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical U.S. delivery time: 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
We currently offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order seems delayed or is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at contact@makks.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to look into it.
Address Changes & Order Edits
We are unable to guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email contact@makks.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t yet been processed.
