At Makks, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns on opened bottles due to safety and hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at contact@makks.com with the following:

Your order number

A brief explanation for the return

A photo of the unopened product, if applicable
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping if it qualifies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at contact@makks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
