Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your MAKKS order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Standard Orders

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.

Subscription Orders

All subscription renewal orders are final sale once they have been processed.

Because subscription orders are automatically scheduled and discounted, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for subscription renewal orders after they have been processed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for managing, skipping, pausing, or canceling their subscription before the next renewal date. Subscription changes must be made before the renewal order is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Opened Products

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement products.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
